Harmony is a 1,000 acre master planned residential community operated by Johnson Development. Situation Overview: When The J. Beard Real Estate Company began working on the project, the Grand Parkway was close to 8 years from completion. many challenges emerged mainly because of the lack of visibility & accessibility.
