New Andy’s Cleaners now open at 27600 Robinson Road

Andy’s Cleaners LLC is now open at 27600 Robinson Road (near the intersection of Robinson at Hanna).  Ryan Hutson of The J. Beard Real Estate Company represented the buyer, Shepard Hill Properties LLC, in acquiring the 1.36-acre tract of land that is currently home to the 5,000 square foot retail dry cleaning, laundry, and alterations facility.

Andy’s offers state-of-the-art equipment, an eco-friendly cleaning process, and a high-tech conveyor system to deliver garments to customers as soon as they are ready via a Kiosk that is available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week.  Andy’s is locally and family-owned, managed, and staffed to serve the residents City of Oak Ridge North, and the greater South Montgomery County community.
