Founded in October of 2003, The J. Beard Real Estate Company quickly cultivated a reputation for providing local market expertise to our friends and neighbors in the North Harris and Montgomery County markets.
Adding departments and services to further augment our capabilities, we grew steadily. By 2010, The J. Beard Real Estate Company had become a major player in the Houston commercial real estate market. Still guided by our founding principles to operate with integrity, innovation, and provide excellent client service, we aligned with SVN International in 2021.
