The J. Beard Real Estate Company assisted a private developer in acquiring an ±11 acre tract of land. The owner plans to develop a mixed-use project on the site with retail, restaurants, professional office and other commercial uses. The tract, which is located in The Woodlands at the northeast corner of Research Forest Dr. and Egypt Lane, will contain about 60,000 sf in addition to consulting with the owner on the initial development, The J,. beard Real Estate Company is providing the sales, leasing, marketing and property management services for the development.
