The Woodlands, TX – (April 22, 2022) SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston recently completed the sale of Bridgeview II Shopping Center, a 9,000-square-foot retail center located at 19640 Kuykendahl Rd. in Spring, TX, to MNV Real Properties, Inc.
Rosa Dye, Advisor of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, represented the seller, H & J Real Properties. Carlos Iglesias of Realty Associates represented the buyer in the transaction.
Dye stated, “A current tenant wanted to expand their daycare center within the shopping center and reached out to SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston on the option to buy the retail property, which in turn they became the owner user.”
