21st Annual Children’s Festival
This year we will return our support as a Bus & Ticket Sponsor for the 21st Annual Children’s Festival at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. This sponsorship provides transportation and ticket funding for title one schools experiencing financial setbacks so that their students can enjoy the festival experience.

Located within the Harmony Crossing development at 3548 Rayford Rd. in Spring, Texas, the newly constructed 4,500-square-foot restaurant opened in October 2016 and is located in rapidly growing Montgomery County. Within just a few months of completion and opening of Panera Bread Café, The J. Beard Real Estate Company successfully sold the single tenant, NNN leased investment to a 1031 exchange investor on behalf of Riley Fuzzel Properties, LLC.
