The Woodlands, Texas (October 25, 2017) Zach Armstrong of The J. Beard Real Estate Company has announced the pre-leasing of the new Harmony Commons Shopping Center currently under construction at the southwest corner of Grand Parkway 99 and Discovery Creek Boulevard in Spring, Texas. Developed by The J. Beard Real Estate Company, the center will be a two-building 19,200-square-foot, one-story retail shopping center including 18.6 acres of pad sites with frontage on Grand Parkway 99 and Discovery Creek Boulevard. It is adjacent to HEB Grocery Development and in close proximity to significant commercial growth in Springwoods Village, The Woodlands and the ExxonMobil Campus. Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2018 and the center is approximately 55 percent leased, according to Armstrong.

In her role as a commercial property manager for The J. Beard Property Management Company, Tebbe manages a diverse portfolio of office and retail throughout The Woodlands and surrounding areas. She joins the firm with several years of property management experience among large commercial property real estate companies. Tebbe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Houston and she has a Texas real estate license.

Beard Real Estate Company, has recently represented the buyer of two office warehouse facilities to be occupied by Downhole Technology LLC, a subsidiary of Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment. The 4-grade level buildings comprise 119,675 square feet situated on 16.7 acres at 12450 and 12452 Cutten Road in Harris County. The seller, Northwest Real Estate Holdings, LLC, was represented by Cape Bell and Allison Hall of Cushman & Wakefield. Downhole Technology develops high-quality, high-performance composite hydraulic fracturing plugs. The J. Beard Real Estate Company represents owner in the sale of Pines Business Park
The Woodlands, Texas (August 30, 2017) Jeff Beard, CCIM, president of The J. Beard Real Estate Company, has announced the firm has represented Pines Business Park, LLC, in the sale of an office warehouse project at 26009 Budde Road in Spring near The Woodlands. The one-story, four-building office/warehouse complex comprises a combined total of 22,000 square feet situated among approximately two acres. The buyer was Windswood Corp, a San Antonio, TX based group who was represented by Ernest Brown and Jorge Rodriguez of Rohde Ottmers Siegel Realty. Pines Business Park was built in 1999 and is currently occupied by seven tenants.

Beard Real Estate Company, has announced the first pad site sale at Westgate Crossing, a 60,000 square-foot mixed-use development located on 11+ acres at the northeast corner Research Forest and Egypt Road near in Magnolia near The Woodlands. Westgate Crossing is adjacent to the FM 2978 and FM 1488 regional retail corridor. Beard has represented the owner, Egypt Land Developments, with the sale of 1.42 acres to develop the soon-to-be-newly-debuted Zanti Cucina Italiana Restaurant, a 7,000 square-foot space. Everson Developments represented the buyer and will coordinate the development for Zantis. Pre-leasing for new 123 Vision Park Medical Building

Beard Real Estate Company have announced the leasing of the new Vision Park Medical Building planned for construction at 123 Vision Park Blvd. in Shenandoah, Texas. Developed by Everson Developments, the building is a 51,000-square-foot, three-story Class A medical office building situated on 3.5+/- acres of land with convenient access to surrounding medical office buildings and Interstate 45, as well as four local hospitals – CHI St. Luke’s Health The Woodlands Hospital, Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, and Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands.
