The Woodlands, Texas (October 18, 2018) Lindsey McKean of The J. Beard Real Estate Company has represented Egypt Land Developments in the sale of a pad site at Westgate Crossing. A 60,000 square foot mixed-use development located on 11 acres at the northeast corner of Research Forest and Egypt Road in The Woodlands. Construction is well underway for the new 121 Vision Park Medical Office Building. The Building is located at 121 Vision Park Boulevard in Shenandoah, Texas. The 58,000 square-foot, three-story Class A medical office building is designed by Zeigler Cooper Architects and is being constructed by Structura Inc.
