The J. Beard Real Estate Company has represented the seller, Riley Fuzzel Properties, LLC, in the acquisition and development of a 1.17-acre tract for a build-to-suit Panera Bread Café. Located within the Harmony Crossing development at 3548 Rayford Rd. in Spring, Texas, the newly constructed 4,500-square-foot restaurant opened in October 2016 and is located in rapidly growing Montgomery County.   Within just a few months of completion and opening of Panera Bread Café, The J. Beard Real Estate Company successfully sold the single tenant, NNN leased investment to a 1031 exchange investor on behalf of Riley Fuzzel Properties, LLC.
