Pines Business Park is a one-story, 22,000-square-foot office/flex building situated on approximately two acres of land located on the west line of Budde Road, just one quarter mile from Interstate 45 and one mile from the Hardy Toll Road. The tenant, RigMinder is a technology company that provides monitoring of all functionality of drilling rig operations. RigMinder is leasing 10,000 square feet, according to Durkin.
