Technology Plaza is a 20,000-square-foot retail center situated on approximately 2.5 acres of land on Research Forest Drive, just two miles from Interstate 45. The tenant, Fielding’s Culinary Group LLC, which was represented by Brent Everson of Everson Development, will occupy 3,000 square feet for a restaurant set to open in May of this year, according to Maczko.
