The Woodlands, Texas (February 20, 2020) Woodforest is breaking ground on a new professional office and medical building development, Woodforest Professional Plaza at Fish Creek. The 100,000 square foot development will offer professional office and medical space on 7.94 acres located at the northwest corner of Central Pine Street and Fish Creek Thoroughfare in Montgomery, Texas. Phase one of the three-building development, Woodforest Medical Plaza I, will be comprised of a two-story, 50,481-square-foot building on 4+ acres that is anticipated for completion by the fall of 2020. The anchor tenant will be Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.
