Woodforest community to add 100,000 square-foot Professional Office and Medical Development

Woodforest Professional Plaza at Fish Creek hosted a groundbreaking ceremony today for phase one of a 3-building development for professional office and medical space.

The Woodlands, Texas (February 20, 2020) Woodforest is breaking ground on a new professional office and medical building development, Woodforest Professional Plaza at Fish Creek. The 100,000 square foot development will offer professional office and medical space on 7.94 acres located at the northwest corner of Central Pine Street and Fish Creek Thoroughfare in Montgomery, Texas.

Phase one of the three-building development, Woodforest Medical Plaza I, will be comprised of a two-story, 50,481-square-foot building on 4+ acres that is anticipated for completion by the fall of 2020. The anchor tenant will be Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.

Building two, Woodforest Plaza II, will comprise of 10,000 square feet of build-to-suit space, and building three will comprise of 42,000 square feet professional office and medical space.

Ryan Hutson and Zach Armstrong of The J. Beard Real Estate Company assisted the developer, CMK Properties, LLC, in acquiring the 7.94-acre tract of land. The leasing and promotional marketing services for the development are provided by Lisa Hughes and Pamela Sprouse of The J. Beard Real Estate Company.
