Known as the Woodgrove Business Park at FM 2978, the 85,000-square-foot planned development will offer warehouse, light industrial, flex and office spaces for a variety of users. Located south of the intersection of Woodlands Parkway and FM 2978 in Magnolia, Texas, the park is ideally situated on the west side of The Woodlands and just north of Tomball along the newly expanding FM 2978 corridor.
