Jeff Beard recently attended Stewart Title’s 6th Annual Realtor & Builder Economic Outlook Seminar featuring guest speaker Dr. Ted Jones, Chief Economist – Senior Vice President for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Mr. Jones highlighted that Houston gained 15,000 jobs in 2016 and projected 40,000 new jobs in 2017.Also noted was that Houston ranks 2nd for the highest potential population growth market in the United States.

The J. Beard Real Estate Company served as the Valet Sponsor of the “Wings, Wheels & Heels” event which benefitted Angel Reach, a non-profit organization that helps abused, neglected, and homeless foster youth in our local community. The event was held on April 8 at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion’s House of Blues.

Located within the Harmony Crossing development at 3548 Rayford Rd. in Spring, Texas, the newly constructed 4,500-square-foot restaurant opened in October 2016 and is located in rapidly growing Montgomery County. Within just a few months of completion and opening of Panera Bread Café, The J.
