The J. Beard Real Estate Company facilitates acquisition of 33 acres to Meritage Homes of Texas, LLC

Chase Moore of The J. Beard Real Estate Company has represented Meritage Homes of Texas, LLC in the acquisition of 33 acres of land located adjacent to the Stillwater neighborhood on FM 1488 in The Woodlands, Texas.

The sellers are Ronnie Matthews and Perry Senn of VOB, LP. The property will be platted for 156 50-foot lots and will break ground in December 2019 with lots delivered in August 2020. The pricing of the homes will range from the $250,000’s to the low $300,000’s.
