The Woodlands, Texas (March 4, 2016) Diana Gaines of The J. Beard Real Estate Company has represented the recent sale of 5.19 acres of land located with frontage on FM 2978 in Magnolia, Texas, just south of the new Toll Brothers development of NorthGrove at Spring Creek.
Gaines had represented the sale of the Spring Creek site, a nearly 600-acre assemblage previously known as the Doughtie Parcel, in 2013.
The buyer was represented by Christopher Boone of Pinnacle Real Estate. According to Gaines, the site will be used for mixed-use development.
