SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston Facilitates the Sale of a Portfolio of 10 Buildings in Conroe, TX
(Conroe, TX – March 23, 2023) SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston has recently facilitated a portfolio sale comprised of nine retail buildings and one office building in Conroe, TX. All ten properties are spread throughout the heart of Conroe within Loop 336 East.
Managing Director Jeff Beard and Advisor Bonnie Pfrenger of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston represented a limited partnership headed by long-time Conroe area investors. Kristi Delafuente of JNK Property Group represented the private buyer.
“The majority of the portfolio is comprised of a great collection of single-tenant retail buildings with both local and corporate tenants. The diversity of the tenant base and lease structures offers a type of value-added component for the buyer over time. Conroe’s downtown area is experiencing revitalization, so the timing of this sale was optimal for both parties,” said Pfrenger.
