Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston has recently facilitated the sale of ± 49 acres of land in Willis, Texas, located off of Longstreet Rd. at the junction of I-45 South. The parcel is across from a 900-acre residential community, Chambers Creek Ranch, that is currently under development.
Diana Gaines, Senior Advisor of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, represented the private seller, and Michael Zin of Keller Williams represented the undisclosed buyer in this transaction. With no future development plans, the buyer intends to hold this parcel as an investment property.
