Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, one of the nation’s premier brokerage firms, has recently completed the sale of a ± 25-acre tract of land in Magnolia, TX, at 29135 FM 2978 near Greenmoor Dr. to First Hartford Realty Company Corporation for an undisclosed price.
Jeff Beard, CCIM, of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston represented the seller, 2978 Properties Series A, B, C, & D, LLC. The buyer was represented by 999 Realty in the transaction.
SVN I J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston is currently working with the seller on purchasing a replacement property for a successful 1031 exchange.
The tract of land has direct access from FM 2978 and is directly across from the May Valley residential development in The Woodlands.
