(November 11, 2016) The newly constructed Havenwood Office Park, located near The Woodlands at 25700 I-45 North, is off to a strong leasing start.
According to the leasing team of Lisa Hughes and Tim Maczko of The J. Beard Real Estate Company, the first tenants, Momentum Title and CTUIT Software are occupying the first floor. Additionally, The Work Lodge, LLC has announced plans to open a second of its co-working spaces in early 2017 to occupy over 20,000 square feet. There are several other tenants in the process of leasing additional space while build-outs are currently underway for those already committed.

Situated between Woodlands Parkway and Sawdust Road, Havenwood Office Park features a LEED Silver Certified four-story building offering approximately 250,000 square feet of Class “A” office space. The development features a significant level of amenities including an adjacent parking garage, covered walkways with high-quality finishes throughout, a fitness room, a large conference room, and an outdoor plaza with seating area.
The J. Beard Real Estate Company brokered the acquisition of the 9.31-acre tract for the seller, Owen Properties, to the buyer, Synergy SAR, LLC, in 2015 and continued to work with the buyer and the developer, Everson Developments, LLC, to develop Havenwood Office Park. The complex was designed by Powers Brown Architecture and constructed by EE Reed Construction, L.P. The J. Beard Real Estate Company is also handling the marketing, property management, and leasing of the building.
