Beard Real Estate Company has represented the seller, CP Master Lessee, LLC, in the recent sale of College Park Plaza retail center located at 3091 College Park Drive (SH242) in The Woodlands, Texas. College Park Plaza is a 70,195 square-foot, one-story retail center located on approximately nine acres of land on College Park Drive, one quarter of a mile west of Interstate 45. The building is currently 93% leased to 27 tenants. Jeff Tinsley and Jeff Beard of The J. Beard Real Estate Company arranged the transaction for the seller who purchased the property in 2007. The buyer was an institutional investor from Texas which owns several notable centers in the Houston area.
