The seller was Glory WPC 1, LP. The Panther Creek Professional Plaza is a 18,448 square-foot, one-story office building located on approximately one acre of land just north of Woodlands Parkway on West Panther Creek Drive. The building is currently 100% leased to well-established medical tenants, according to Beard.
