Beard Real Estate Company have recently represented 3085 College Park, LP in two long-term leases with Chipotle Mexican Grill and Dunkin’ Donuts located at 3085 College Park Drive in The Woodlands, Texas. The building is a 5,000-square-foot retail center situated on approximately one acre of land on College Park Drive, one quarter mile from Interstate 45. The tenant, Dunkin’ Donuts, which was represented by Edge Realty Partners, is currently open. The tenant, Chipotle Mexican Grill, which was represented by Jason Baker of Baker-Katz, will be opening this month, according to Beard.
