Hughes represented the seller, EPB Land Developments, LP. The buyer, Spectre Innovations, LLC, was represented by Duke Iqbal with IQ Realty Group, Inc.
Preserve Plaza is a one-story building totaling 11,000 square feet built in 2013 on 1.1 acres near The Village of Creekside Park in The Woodlands, at the corner of Kuykendahl Road and Preserve Way. The building currently has a dental office tenant and a space that the new owner will occupy as a medical business.
