SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston recently Completed the Development of Bojangles in San Antonio, TX
(The Woodlands, TX – August 16, 2023) SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, in conjunction with Cain Developments, has recently completed the development of a quick service restaurant in San Antonio, Texas. The 2,858-square-foot building is the newest generation built-to-suit model for the Bojangles Franchise. It features clean lines, modern finishes, and large windows to allow for ample natural lighting. Bojangles is the newest addition in a string of national developments along Potranco Road, a major thoroughfare and growing retail hub in San Antonio, Texas. Advisor Jackson Cain of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston assisted the franchise Copacetic Group, LLC, in the acquisition of a .913-acre parcel of land. Development Associate Mike Dinh, also of SVN | J. Beard, worked closely with the developer to facilitate the year and a half long development project.
