SVN | J. Beard Real Estate Completes a 3,000 SF Lease at Spring Oaks Plaza

(Spring, TX – November 4, 2025) SVN | J. Beard Real Estate has completed a 3,000-square-foot lease with a medical and wellness tenant at Spring Oaks Plaza, a newly developed retail center with over 10,000 square feet located at 4544 Spring Stuebner Road in Spring, Texas.

Senior Advisor Diana Gaines and Advisor Jackson Cain with SVN | J. Beard Real Estate represented the landlord, Spring Oaks Investments, LLC, in the transaction. The tenant, New Promise, was represented by D.J. Hale of Oxford Partners.

Completed in 2023, Spring Oaks Plaza features 10,188 square feet of flexible retail space and offers prime visibility at the signalized intersection of Spring Stuebner Road and Frassati Way, from which more than 23,000 vehicles pass per day. With convenient access to major thoroughfares and key community destinations, the center is ideally positioned to attract both residential and commuter traffic.
