Lindsey McKean of The J. Beard Real Estate Company has represented Egypt Land Developments in the sale of a pad site at Westgate Crossing. A 60,000 square foot mixed-use development located on 11 acres at the northeast corner of Research Forest and Egypt Road in The Woodlands. Westgate Crossing is adjacent to the FM 2978 and FM 1488 regional retail corridor.
The buyer, Dr. Sugene Kim of SGK Plastic Surgery, was represented by Chad Hedrick of the Gold to Sold Group. The 1.07-acre pad site will be used to develop a state-of-the-art plastic surgery center.

Will be opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art, aesthetic surgery center and spa retreat in the Westgate Crossing development of The Woodlands,” said Dr. Kim. “The elite surgery center and medical spa will encompass over 10,000 square feet and aims to remain distinguished in North Houston as the leader in patient satisfaction, innovation and superior aesthetic results.”

Additional pad sites and space remain for potential retail, restaurant, office, medical and other professional users.
