(July 20, 2017) Tim Maczko and Lisa Hughes of The J. Beard Real Estate Company have announced the leasing of the new Vision Park Medical Building planned for construction at 123 Vision Park Blvd. in Shenandoah, Texas.
Developed by Everson Developments, the building is a 51,000-square-foot, three-story Class A medical office building situated on 3.5+/- acres of land with convenient access to surrounding medical office buildings and Interstate 45, as well as four local hospitals – CHI St. Luke’s Health The Woodlands Hospital, Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, and Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands.
Designed by Zeigler Cooper Architects, construction is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2018. Pre-leasing is currently underway.
