Neal King and Jeff Tinsley of The J. Beard Real Estate Company have helped facilitate the recent sale and acquisition of Panther Creek Professional Plaza II, a medical office building located at 4840 Panther Creek Drive in The Woodlands. King represented the buyer, Alden Heights Place, LLC, and Tinsley represented the seller, DeLCom Properties, LLC.
Panther Creek Professional Plaza II is a two-story, steel and brick construction building totaling 30,363 square feet built in 1999 on 2.5 acres in the heart of The Woodlands, one block from the intersection of Woodlands Parkway and Panther Creek Dr. The property services a diverse mix of established, long-term medical office tenants.
King will also oversee leasing activities at the building for Alden Heights Place, LLC. Texican Realty Services, LLC, an affiliate of Alden Heights Place, LLC, will manage the property.
