Leasing is strong for Havenwood Office Park in 2018
The Woodlands, Texas (January 29, 2018) The Havenwood Office Park, located near The Woodlands at 25700 I-45 North, is off to a strong leasing start for 2018.
According to the leasing team of Lisa Hughes and Tim Maczko of The J. Beard Real Estate Company, new tenant, Energes Oilfield Solutions, is occupying approximately 4,600 square feet on the first floor. Additionally, Enhanced Revenue Solutions has construction underway for approximately 6,800 square feet also on the first floor and American Global Advisors is getting ready to build out approximately 2,700 square feet on the first floor as well.
