The 4-grade level buildings comprise 119,675 square feet situated on 16.7 acres at 12450 and 12452 Cutten Road in Harris County.
The seller, Northwest Real Estate Holdings, LLC, was represented by Cape Bell and Allison Hall of Cushman & Wakefield.
