The Woodlands, Texas (October 25, 2017) Zach Armstrong of The J. Beard Real Estate Company has announced the pre-leasing of the new Harmony Commons Shopping Center currently under construction at the southwest corner of Grand Parkway 99 and Discovery Creek Boulevard in Spring, Texas.
Developed by The J. Beard Real Estate Company, the center will be a two-building 19,200-square-foot, one-story retail shopping center including 18.6 acres of pad sites with frontage on Grand Parkway 99 and Discovery Creek Boulevard. It is adjacent to HEB Grocery Development and in close proximity to significant commercial growth in Springwoods Village, The Woodlands and the ExxonMobil Campus.
Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2018 and the center is approximately 55 percent leased, according to Armstrong.
