Salvador joined SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston in 2020.

Salvador began his building engineering experience on a 77-acre campus which featured 12 story, 8 story, and 3 story commercial office buildings along with a 6-story parking structure, and a retail center.

Salvador also specialized with equipment ranging from water cooled chillers, water feature pumps, expansive fire systems, to name a few. With firsthand experience on this project, Salvador began to develop an interest and passion in providing efficient and professional services to both clients and tenants.
