Rob recently joined SVN | J. Beard Real Estate as a Senior Advisor. Whitaker previously was the Senior Vice President at New Quest Properties.

Prior to New Quest Properties he was the owner and manager of Whitaker Company Brokerage and possesses more than 49 years of experience in land brokerage in northwest Harris County, southwest Montgomery County, Grimes County and Walker County.

Whitaker was the exclusive broker for Jack Frey Properties in the High Meadow Ranch subdivision where his family lived for 14 years and he headed up the preferred builder program. He has extensive experience in residential development, commercial development and large land tracts for investment opportunities.

He brokered High Meadow Estates Subdivision, High Meadow West Subdivision and The Cedars in Grimes County. Whitaker has also specialized in farm and ranch sales, as well as appraisal services.

He will leverage the full-service support and resources of SVN Properties with his knowledge, experience and relationships in commercial land development and the investment sector.
