Rahul joined SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston as the Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist in November 2018.

Rahul’s role includes developing marketing materials which assist the brokers in driving new business and current listings.

Rahul is responsible for the design of all company branding, social media, and company PR. He is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the company website.

Rahul has over 9 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing, advertising and media relations. Previously, he served as the Digital Marketing Director for REDNews Inc. where he built a very robust digital media platform.

As a native of India, Rahul received both his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Master’s degree in Marketing & Economics from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management in Bangalore, India.
