For nearly a decade, Nichole Moore, has overseen all Human Resources functions involved with employee relations, labor law compliance, and workforce management.

Nichole always knew she had a passion for people — she actually began her career working with children. She later sought a career that allowed her to work closely with others and to truly make a difference, and making a difference she has accomplished!   

Most recently, Nichole was a Corporate Affairs Administrator with Noble Energy Inc.  However, before Noble Energy Inc., Nichole spent over 15 years in Human Resource Management.

Nichole received her HR Management and Business Administration degree from University of Houston.  Aside from the fact that she’s an HR All-Star, Nichole and her husband created an online business that launched during Covid-19! She believes that if you can make someone’s day better with positive reinforcement, then that’s the ultimate gratification!

Outside of work, you can find Nichole working on her hobbies; an athletic apparel line with her husband, attending her son’s track meets, foodie instagrammer/influencer and traveling.
