Neal provides leasing, acquisition, and disposition services across the full spectrum of commercial property types, specializing in office and industrial markets. He capitalizes his diverse commercial real estate experience with extensive market knowledge and negotiation expertise to add value for his clients.

Neal understands the importance of not only providing his clients with keen industry insight, but also high-level customer service.

Prior to joining The J. Beard Real Estate Company, he was a sales counselor for two of Houston’s premier homebuilders, aiding in the development of several of the city’s top-selling master-planned communities.

Prior to that, he managed the sales and operations for a multi-family construction services company in their Houston division.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Sales from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business and a Texas Real Estate License. Neal resides in his hometown of The Woodlands with his wife and two sons.
