Misty joined our team as the Director of Property Management and comes to us from an institutional focused company where she was Vice President of Property Management.

Misty has over 20-years of experience in office, medical and retail property management as well as a CPM designation and LEED Green Associate.

Misty was previously the Senior Property Manager with Wulfe & Co and was directly responsible for the retail portfolio consisting of over two million square feet of retail developments and power centers such as Gulfcate Center and BLVD Place.

Misty’s experience includes the management of two high profile retail developments on The Woodlands Waterway with PMRG, strong relationships with institutional clients such as Heitman and Invesco and national tenants across the portfolio. She created Stream Houston’s first retail property management division and within eighteen months grew the division to seventeen shopping centers with clients such as Thackaray and Vestar, further building relationships with institutional clients and national tenants.

In addition, Misty has managed a portfolio of more than four million square feet consisting of Class A office developments located in The Woodlands, Galleria, and Downtown Houston.

Misty was directly responsible for the leadership and mentoring of 20+ employees across several on-site management offices and has received numerous awards for emulating core values; as well as consistently providing excellent client service.

Misty has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin in Psychology and business administration.
