Liz has been actively involved in the commercial real estate market for more than 25 years specializing in leasing of office space, industrial and commercial real estate sales.

Prior to joining SVN |  J. Beard Real Estate she worked in the commercial real estate industry in Houston representing Tenants and Landlords as well as managed property for third party management companies.

She provides exceptional service to clients in lease negotiation, documentation, management and transaction coordination.

Liz is self-motivated, her team approach and leadership capabilities has enabled her to coordinate the efforts of many to meet client goals.
