Lisa Hughes is a Senior Advisor with SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston.  In this role, Lisa specializes in office landlord and tenant representation and is also responsible for sourcing and executing business across all service lines, including leasing, acquisition and office development opportunities. 

During her career in commercial real estate, Lisa handles over 2 million square feet on behalf of both tenants and landlords within a variety of commercial properties including Class A mixed-use and Class B properties for several different owners.  Lisa has successfully achieved high tenant retention rates and has worked with small business owners and Fortune 100 companies alike. 

Lisa provides a unique perspective to her clients, given that she honestly does know and understand how both building owners and tenants evaluate each transaction. She places a premium on relationships, so client service is not just a philosophy, it is one of her core values. 

Prior to joining SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, Lisa was the Director of Leasing for a nationally recognized commercial brokerage firm responsible for The Woodlands Development Company portfolio of 15+ buildings and over 1 million square feet of office space.
