Linda’s multi-faceted background in real estate started in California collaborating with a retail and multi-family investor.

Looking to expand her knowledge, she accepted a position in the coworking industry where Linda and her team leased and managed the operations of 7 Class A executive offices in the San Fernando Valley.

In 2003, Linda transitioned into construction with Countrywide Home Loans. Within that year the leasing team expanded exponentially, and Linda received a promotion to Leasing Director. 

During that time, she managed joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the retail and office sectors.  That skill set earned her a position as a Transaction Manager with CBRE Global supporting the contraction of space on the Washington Mutual portfolio. 

After a 9-year hiatus to raise her children, Linda returned to the workplace in real estate finance.  Linda relocated with her family to northeast Houston in 2021.

She is excited to continue her career at J. Beard Real Estate as a Transaction Manager and looks forward to opportunities for her and her family to serve in their community.
