John Grimsley joined SVN J Beard Real Estate in November of 2023.

John started his Commercial Real Estate Career with Colliers in 2022, advising clients across a variety of product types including Industrial/flex, NNN leased in-line retail, Office, Special Purpose, and Raw land.

Today, John provides exceptional Real Estate services and in-depth market knowledge across multiple asset types including Industrial, Retail, and Land sites.

John has experience serving landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers by offering market analysis, site selection, site acquisition, site disposition, lease/sale negotiations, and Landlord/Tenant lease advising.

Since joining the industry in May of 2022, John has aided in closing 13 transactions totaling over $18 Million in Transaction value.
