Joe specializes in assisting clients with managing the challenges with land acquisition and disposition.

Since entering the commercial land business in 2020, he has been involved in the transaction of over 4000 acres with a value of over $200M.

Many of these transactions have fallen along the pathway of growth leading out of Houston’s MSA and into Central East Texas’ emerging markets.

Joe spent his previous 20+ years in the Marine Corps building and leading teams and retired in 2019. He married a fellow Marine from Kentucky, Michele, and they have four children.

Joe and his family reside in Montgomery, Texas. He values the opportunity of helping influence and shape the decisions of his clients by keeping them best informed of the current land market while assisting directly in the process of negotiations, contract generation through to closing.

He is adept at working with the gambit of consultants necessary to provide the full spectrum real estate expertise necessary for the most demanding projects.

Joe tackles problems with an eye towards generating the most efficient and effective outcome. He enjoys working in teams and values the synergy and overall camaraderie of the process while seeking to leverage his experiences, and those of other team members, to his clients’ advantage.
