Joan’s 36 years of commercial real estate experience includes 24 years representing corporate real estate owners.  She left her Regional Manager position with a publicly traded REIT to focus on tenant representation.  Her focus includes office, land, and retail properties.        

Using her market knowledge and creative solutions tailored to her clients, Joan delivers an approach that exceeds expectations.  She understands the end goal of any transaction and relationship with a client is to improve their current situation in a way that will make their business more productive and profitable.  Her attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic, contribute to her ability to maximize value for her clients. 

Joan has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM),  and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI)

Joan is a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and is active in the Charity Guild of Catholic Women supporting the children of Harris county and surrounding areas.
