Jackson Cain has worked for SVN | J. Beard Real Estate for over five years as an advisor in the retail sector, and specializes in project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales.

Jackson demonstrates a high level of expertise in the commercial real estate market by representing his clients in a variety of transactions, which include site identification, land acquisition, sale, and leasing of retail properties.

Previously, Jackson worked as a project manager for The Cain Holding Group, LLC, in Houston, Texas.  Jackson is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

Jackson has held a sales agent license in the State of Texas since 2018 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. 

Jackson is from The Woodlands, Texas and enjoys spending time golfing, hunting, and being outdoors.
