Ernest joined SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston as the Director of Engineer in September, 2022.

Ernest is responsible for managing and leading the engineering team and work alongside upper management, ownership, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve work procedures and property issues.

Ernest’s other responsibilities include Troubleshooting large scale and complex facility operational issues, Due diligence and property condition assessments.

Prior to joining SVN | J. Beard Ernest served as the Director of Operations for Wood Branch LLC where he was responsible for all operations of a 4-story class A commercial luxury high-rise building in downtown, Houston.

Ernest also served as the Regional Director of Operations for a highly reputed commercial real estate firm and helped established the companies presence in the Houston retail, multifamily, office and industrial management market.
