Professional Experience
Danielle joined SVN | J. Beard Real Estate as a Brokerage Coordinator in October 2023.
As part of the SVN | J. Beard Houston team, Danielle supports leasing and marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of office and medical properties. Working closely with the Managing Director, she has assisted in multiple sale transactions, tenant representation assignments, and landlord representation engagements. Her responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, tenant outreach, and transaction coordination from start to finish.
Danielle brings a strong analytical background, proactive communication style, and collaborative mindset, helping ensure seamless execution throughout the deal process and delivering a high level of service to clients.
Prior to joining SVN | J. Beard, Danielle worked as a residential real estate agent with Keller Williams Memorial, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and transaction management.
Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys working out, cooking, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family
