Dana joined SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston (Formerly The J. Beard Property Management Company) in 2017 as a seasoned property manager. 

Dana is a licensed real estate agent with over 25 years of property management experience among commercial real estate companies, specializing in office, medical office, retail, and LEED mixed-use properties. 

Dana has managed multimillion-dollar properties and portfolios averaging 2,000,000 square feet. Prior to finding her home in commercial real estate, Dana was a corporate trainer and Senior Manager for a national restaurant group. 

This foundation in the service industry shaped her approach to service, provide attention to detail and always leaving it better than you found it attitude.

Dana is a Houston native and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Houston.
