Prior to that, Austin was a Senior Leasing Agent for Hartman Income REIT where he was assigned over 1 million square feet of class A and B office properties in the San Antonio and Houston markets, representing a landlord with over $1 billion in assets. Throughout his career, Austin has negotiated and executed over 120 commercial real estate transactions nationwide, blending high financial acumen with hands-on brokerage expertise.
